We don't offer refunds — for new subscriptions, renewals, or renewals you forgot to cancel.

That's exactly why free test sessions exist: you can run as many 2-minute sessions as you like, with every feature, before you pay a cent. Test your audio, your meeting app and stealth on your own computer first, and only subscribe once you've seen it work.

Most problems are a setup fix away. Start with Can't hear the interviewer or Answers are generic or wrong, and email us if you're still stuck — we'll help you get it working.

Cancel anytime from your account and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. How to cancel.
