Use the same email you subscribed with. On the desktop app, open this page in your browser. - 2
Click Cancel Subscription

You'll see a confirmation on screen. Your plan won't renew again.
Good to know
- You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- We can't cancel by email; it has to be done from your account so it's tied to you.
- Can't see a subscription on your account? You're probably signed in with a different email — see Can't sign in / paid but no access.
