What is Interview Sidekick?
Interview Sidekick is an AI-powered interview assistant that helps job seekers ace their interviews. Think of it as having a coach whispering in your ear during every interview.
Here's what it does:
- Real-time assistance: Live AI suggestions during your interview calls
- Interview practice: Mock interview sessions with AI feedback
- Question bank: Prepare for common questions in your industry
- Stealth mode: Invisible overlay that only you can see
Who We're Trying to Reach
Your content should speak to these audiences:
- Job seekers aged 18-35 who are actively interviewing and want to stand out
- Career changers who are nervous about interviews in a new field
- College students and new grads preparing for their first real job interviews
- Tech workers preparing for technical and behavioral interviews
Compensation Structure
For each video you create, you're required to post it across all your platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You'll receive one base payment of $15+ for posting across all platforms — not a separate payment per platform. Hit higher view counts and you'll earn performance bonuses on top. The table below shows your total payout per post (base + bonus combined), based on your highest-performing platform.

Views are based on your highest-performing platform. Videos must reach 1,000+ views to qualify. One payment per post across all platforms. Example: 15K views = $15 base + $25 bonus = $40 total
Payment Schedule
- View counts are locked 15 days after each video is posted
- Bonuses are paid on the first Wednesday after the 15-day mark
- You'll submit your video links, posting dates, 15-day view counts, and corresponding payout tier using a tracking form we provide
Your Responsibilities
- Post 6-7 videos per week consistently
- Cross-post every video to all your platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Track your videos using the provided form
- Submit view counts accurately after the 15-day period
- Respond to comments and engage with your audience
- Keep your content fresh and aligned with current trends
- Mention or feature Interview Sidekick naturally in your content
